Meet Chad Miller, an industry veteran with 20+ years of talent acquisition under his belt.


"Like most, I fell into recruiting. For me, it was while working as an HR generalist that I found myself gravitating to the stuff in HR that most folks didn't like to do- managing job postings, reviewing and screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. I worked for a few years as an HR generalist focusing on recruiting. After a few years, I moved into a dedicated recruiting role where I found my passion - and I've been in this space since."
